U.S. to act against Chinese clothes

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States will restrict imports of pants, shirts and underwear from China that have surged dramatically since the beginning of year unless the two sides can work out a compromise, Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez said Friday.
