Berlei One designs are made in a new high-tech process using ultrasonic technology. The process of glue, heat and pressure fuses fabric together to form a flexible but bound piece of fabric.

The fabric is laid out and a high-tech gluing process takes place. The layers of fabric are then pressed together under controlled heat. Extensive wear and wash testing has proven the reliability and longevity of the fused fabric.
